Rob Connelly
President
Rob has been with the stereolithography industry from the very beginning, having worked with one of the first six beta SLA machines built by 3D Systems, Inc. in 1989. His engineering, product development, and rapid prototyping experience were honed from a broad exposure to industry — from aerospace at Pratt & Whitney, consumer electronics at Motorola, and medical devices at Becton Dickinson & Co.
In founding FineLine, Rob brought his knowledge of quality and manufacturing excellence to bear on the problem of making thousands of pieces per month — each one of them for the first time — accurately, on time, and in a cost-effective manner. To that end he is a stickler for process, procedure, and self-discipline. Fortunately, the rest of his team is too!
Craig Goff
Vice President
Craig comes to FineLine with a background in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) and information technology. He managed the corporate CAE department at Becton Dickinson & Co., and most recently was the Director of Consulting Services at the software development firm I-cubed.
Craig is architecting the enterprise software and related processes at FineLine to facilitate a flexible, high-quality, nimble flow all the way from quoting to shipping and invoicing. In his spare time, he also helps perform quoting, and he is well known to our customers for his knowledgeable customer service.

Our quoting team is comprised of engineers and industry professionals who understand material properties, injection molding, and mechanical testing. We can help you with your application and develop a plan to help make sure you are successful.
Build Preparation Team
Our highly trained Build Prep and Process Engineering team is ready to turn your designs into reality. Each of them has passed through a rigorous apprenticeship program that teaches them to execute the “FineLine System” for high quality part building. No feature escapes their attention, so that every run of the machines produces parts that live up to our customers’ expectations.
Finishing Team
Our FineLine finishers can bring your parts up to your finishing expectations while preserving the integrity of the design that you worked so hard to create. From sanding all the way through to polishing and painting to a color match, our professional staff can deliver.
Administration & IT Team
Our Administration and Information Technology team works behind the scenes to keep our production processes on track. Whether it’s keeping the office running smoothly, or developing software to track your orders, these are the folks that enable us to focus on delivering quality parts, knowing the administrative details will be covered thoroughly and efficiently.
